Good News to report....they accepted our first offer and gave us $4k toward closing. Somewhere around the middle of August we will be moving to our new house!
The inspection went good with only a couple of very minor things reported. Now we are waiting for the appraisal from the VA, then we're good to move forward to closing.
The boys and I are very anxious about this space. Our new playroom/craft area. We are going to share this space for awhile, until we can finish the basement. Then dads radio room is moving downstairs. My craft room, will move into the 4th bedroom. Its located on the other side wall with the map photo, so I will still be close by. This will give the boys the whole space for playing.

Congrats on the new house. I had to laugh when I looked at the photos of the houses you had shown us in the previous post.
I live in a house ...down a long driveway...in the woods...and the snakes scare the heck out of me . but otherwise I love it.
